Journey

Hello there. I have done this project before. A little less than a year ago I finished up a 365 for each of my children. One photo a day of them. Techinically it's not done. My computer crashed the files each photo was organized in was lost. Photos were not, my organization was. My goal was and still is to make a photo book for each of them of the year. My goal for this is simply to finish. At this point I am virtually positive I have 365 favorite things. When I decided to do this I thought of several "rules" to make it a) less stressful for me and b) more structured. So firstly I cannot photograph faces. This is a THING based project. Secondly it doesn't have to be done on a daily basis. If I skip a day not the end of the world snag 2 or 3 the next day. Things don't change. It must be someTHING I love, or at least close to it. Something that makes me happy. That's it.
So here we go. Day 1. Which technically started today. I had a million ideas running thru my head so I tossed them together today. Making 16 images. Allowing the ending day to be Jan 1st 2011.
Day 1. No explanation needed.
